PolyFlow is Polydeck’s new proprietary screening set-up and media selection tool. Used in conjunction with Polydeck’s test laboratory, PolyFlow allows screen media selection to be customized to the customer’s specific screen setup and material characteristics in order to ensure proper media selection prior to committing capital. Because proper media selection up front saves money, time and lost production, PolyFlow incorporates variables like screening angle, machine speed and stroke, travel rate, total effective open area, panel material and features, and water volume, which are not included in traditional screen application reviews.
