Polydeck Screen Corporation has introduced a revolutionary new product, called Kwikdeck™, a patent pending system that allows producers with single or double-crowned deck surfaces to take advantage of a no-risk approach to trying modular rubber screen media. By simply unbolting the side clamp rails and removing the wire cloth and the bucker bar covers, they are ready to install modular rubber screen panels without any modifications to their existing deck frame. Simply slip on the new bucker bar covers, connect the SnapStraps, reattach the side clamp rails and install the Kwikdeck™ screen panels. A 4-ft. by 6-ft. section can typically be changed in about 45 minutes.
