The Pennsylvania Aggregates & Concrete Association (PACA) inducted five members into its Ambassadors of the Industry Hall of Fame.

Those enshrined as members of the 2022 class were James Johns of New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co.; Kurt Hanf of Hanson Aggregates; Susan Armstrong of Central Builders Supply Co.; Loy McEldowney of New Enterprise Stone & Lime; and Paul Rader of J.J. Kennedy.

Rader was inducted posthumously.

In addition to the Hall of Fame honors, PACA awarded its annual Chairman’s Award to Jonathan Kolbe of Allegheny Mineral Corp. The award recognizes those who work hard to advance the association’s mission and purpose. PACA says Kolbe was recognized for his efforts to amplify the industry’s voice through PACA’s political action committee.

PACA also named its new board of directors during the organization’s annual meeting.
