OSHA updates regulation standards publications

The Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) published the updated July 2019 editions of 29 CFR 1926 OSHA Construction Industry and 29 CFR 1910 OSHA General Industry Regulations & Standards, providing up-to-date OSHA regulations and standards.

The publications, published by Davenport, Iowa-based Mancomm, feature color-coded outline style, tabbed sections, tables and graphics, and a table of contents and index for page numbers.

Updates for the July 2019 29 CFR 1926 OSHA Construction Industry include the removal or revision of duplicative or outdated OSHA requirements; amended record-keeping regulations; updated OSHA standards for cranes and derricks in construction; and establishments with 250-plus employees are no longer required to electronically submit OSHA forms 300 and 301.

As for the July 2019 29 CFR 1910 OSHA General Industry Regulations & Standards, updates include the compliance date for certain ancillary requirements of the general industry beryllium standard; amended record-keeping regulations; and establishments with 250-plus employees are no longer required to electronically submit information from OSHA forms 300 and 301.
