Offers stationary design without stick-built setup

The MJ47 primary jaw crusher module is designed for large quarry operators or contractors who want a stationary-type design without the complexity of a normal stick-built plant, according to Terex Minerals Processing Systems (MPS). The MJ47 module features a 36-in. x 48-in. TerexJaques ST47 jaw crusher. Other features include theTerex Simplicity 51-in. x 24-ft. heavy-duty double-deck vibrating grizzly feeder, a large-capacity truck dump hopper, a discharge conveyor, a heavy-duty galvanized and paintedI-beam frame, a wraparound maintenance access platform, stairs and guardrails. The modular product line consists of several pre-designed static and semi-static crushing and screening plug-and-play modules, Terex MPS adds.
