Webinar to cover MSHA inspection process

NSSGA_VERT_CMYKThe National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA) plans to host a webinar, “Making the MSHA Inspection Process Work for You” at 1 p.m. EST Aug. 25.

Max Corley, an attorney at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, will lead the webinar. He will discuss how to manage workplace examinations and the walk-around MSHA inspection. According to NSSGA, this webinar will teach attendees how to prevent or mitigate enforcement action while maintaining a positive relationship with federal inspectors.

In addition, Corley will talk about how operators can use the enforcement process to build and strengthen their safety culture and give a review of important commission decisions influencing MSHA enforcement.

Registration for this webinar costs $49 for members and $99 for non-members per location. NSSGA also offers discounted webinar packages.
