According to NSSGA, the webinar will cover the best practices in dealing with and responding to regulatory agencies in response to a mine emergency. It will discuss how to maintain control over the situation from both an internal management standpoint and a legal standpoint. Additionally, it will explain how to conduct your own internal investigation into the emergency, including finding out what happened and responding to employee questions and concerns.

Karen Johnston of Jackson Kelly PLLC will be the presenter.

The webinar is $49 for NSSGA members and $99 for nonmembers per location. NSSGA also offers webinar packages at discounted prices.
