NSSGA to host antitrust webinar

By |  November 30, 2016

nssga-full-logoThe National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA) will host its annual antitrust webinar, “The Antitrust Laws: What You Can, Can’t and Should Do,” Dec. 15 at 1 p.m. EST.

According to NSSGA, an antitrust refresher shows that operators are aware of their responsibility in this area. Those attending the webinar will gain practical tips on how to avoid antitrust violations, including what is permissible and what is not allowed when dealing with customers and competitors.

Kendall Millard of Barnes & Thornburg will present the webinar. Millard is an expert on antitrust regulations, NSSGA says. He serves as co-chair of the company’s antitrust and competition law practice group and is a member of the litigation and intellectual property departments. He also taught an antitrust law course at the Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis and regularly delivers antitrust compliance presentations on antitrust topics to clients, trade associations and attorneys.

The webinar is $49 for NSSGA members and $99 for non-members per location. NSSGA also offers discounted webinar packages.
