Todd Ohlheiser was named the 2018 State Executive of the Year by the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association.

Ohlheiser has served as executive director of both the Colorado Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (CSSGA) as well as the Colorado Ready Mixed Concrete Association (CRMCA) since 2013.

During his time as executive director, Ohlheiser has focused on positively impacting safety-related, regulatory and legislative issues within the aggregate and concrete production sectors. Ohlheiser has spearheaded educational outreach, lobbying efforts and quality improvement programs for these sectors, including the recently released Mine Safety Institute.

“Todd has been a hard-working advocate for Colorado operations and our entire industry for many years,” says Mike Johnson, NSSGA president and CEO. “He understands the needs of quarries and concrete producers, and deftly promotes policies and legislation that benefits business and communities in Colorado and throughout the country.”
