NPK Construction Equipment acquires Genesis Attachments
NPK Construction Equipment (NPKCE), a subsidiary of Nippon Pneumatic Manufacturing, purchased U.S.-based Genesis Attachments, as well as Germany-based Genesis Holdings and Genesis GmbH.
Founded in 1997, Genesis Attachments is based in Superior, Wisconsin. The company’s U.S. manufacturing facility has 117 employees while the overseas operations have an additional 15 employees.
NPKCE doesn’t plan to make significant changes to the business and instead plans to collaborate with Genesis to continue improving the experience for dealers and end users.
