New CEO at National Lime & Stone

Paul Palmer was promoted to CEO of National Lime and Stone Co.

Palmer will retain the title of president. He is now the primary executive responsible for all aspects of the company and its subsidiaries.

Carleton Palmer, who previously served as chairman of the board and CEO, will remain with the company as executive chairman. He will be chiefly responsible for leading the board, working with the CEO on strategic initiatives, maintaining relationships and communications with shareholders, and mentoring.

“While these actions do not represent a major change in the way we have operated the company in the last couple of years, it serves to emphasize the confidence we have in Paul and the executive team,” Carleton Palmer says.

National, which has its headquarters in Findlay, Ohio, operates quarries, manufacturing plants and distribution facilities in more than 30 communities across three states.
