NED expands in North Carolina
National Equipment Dealers (NED) finalized the acquisition of Carolina Equipment Rental, Sales & Service, which is located in Fairview, North Carolina.
Carolina Equipment started in the 1990s, originally doing business as Rent-It of Fairview. In 2004, Carolina Equipment’s owners changed the name of the company to Carolina Equipment Rental, Sales & Service to focus on small to medium-sized contractors, site development companies and municipalities.
“NED is proud to welcome the Carolina Equipment family of employees to our growing organization,” says Jesse Beasley, COO of NED. “This acquisition will further improve our ability to support our western North Carolina customer base.”
A new NED branch in Fletcher, North Carolina, will represent a variety of equipment brands, including ASV, Bell Trucks, Hyundai Construction Equipment and Yanmar.
