MSHA miner training conference goes digital

MSHA logo 600x400The Training Resources Applied to Mining (TRAM) Conference, hosted by the Mine Safety & Health Administration‘s National Mine Safety & Health Academy, will be held online Oct. 14-15.

Participants can attend the conference remotely and select from a variety of workshops. The tuition-free conference will feature presentations from some of the industry’s most respected safety trainers, and will help health and safety trainers improve their training skills, according to the National Mine Safety & Health Academy.

The conference will also feature a range of topics applicable to mine safety trainers, including training technology, delivery techniques, and safety and health.

Furthermore, a training materials competition will take place and is open to all sources of mining-related training materials.
