Motion, a supplier of maintenance, repair and operation replacement parts, promoted seven members of its field management team.

Logan Carden, Bill Carroll, Tami DeWeese, Dan Pike, Dave Purvis, Steve Kammeyer and Lisa Solomon each were promoted to further position Motion for success.

Carden was named vice president of Motion’s Nashville division and will be responsible for overseeing sales growth for 20 branches located in Tennessee, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi and Alabama.

Carroll will serve as vice president of the company’s Philadelphia division, covering 13 branches across Pennsylvania, New Jersey and West Virginia.

DeWeese takes over as vice president of Motion’s Pacific Northwest division, where she will oversee sales growth for 19 branch and shop locations.

Pike was promoted to vice president of the St. Louis division and will be responsible for the sales growth and strategic management of 17 operations throughout Missouri and Arkansas.

Purvis, in his new role as Midwest group area vice president, replaces Pike and will be responsible for leading the Midwest group corporate accounts team.

Kammeyer was named area vice president of corporate accounts for the company’s West group, where he will develop internal and external sales initiatives, with a focus on corporate account customers.

Solomon, like Kammeyer, was promoted to area vice president for corporate accounts, but for the Central group. She will enhance existing account relationships while driving new opportunities for growth, Motion says.

“We are immensely proud of what these individuals have accomplished to date and are confident that their experience, acumen and drive will help to take their divisions and the company to a new level,” says Kevin Storer, executive vice president of branch operations for North America and president of Motion Mexico. “Each of these promotions is well-deserved, and we are looking forward to seeing the impact of their leadership as part of Motion’s bright future.”
