McCloskey International: V80 vertical shaft impactor
McCloskey International’s V80 vertical shaft impactor (VSI) is designed to produce high-specification sealing aggregates, as well as a high proportion of fines required for main roads, road base and manufactured sand. This track-mounted VSI has a Cemco Turbo T-80 VSI crusher, and a powerful 430-hp C13 Cat engine. The I-beam plate-fabricated chassis construction lends itself to heavy-duty applications. The main conveyor has a stockpile capacity of 10 ft., 8 in. The V80 also features an integrated hopper with a folding rear door. A roll-in bogie system, main conveyor variable speed control, interlock systems, hopper extensions and a metal detector are options.
