LiuGong North America named Andrew Ryan company president.

Ryan replaces Mani Iyer, who was appointed to the position in February 2019.

Ryan is a 25-year veteran of the construction equipment industry, LiuGong says. He served in senior roles with Caterpillar handling machine marketing, dealer administration, rental and aftermarket plans.

Ryan has worked over the years in the U.S., Chile and Singapore.

“Andrew brings deep experience in developing construction equipment dealers and ensuring customer success with outstanding product support,” says Kevin Thieneman, chairman of the Katy, Texas-based LiuGong North America. “I am confident that our dealers and customers in North America will benefit from his leadership.”

Adds Ryan: “I am excited by the opportunity to work closely with our dealer network and lead the extended LiuGong team to the next phase of growth in North America.”
