L&H Industrial launched Asset IQ, a digital machine monitoring system and control software.

Asset IQ is designed to enhance the performance, safety and reliability of industrial machines and equipment. The software utilizes advanced algorithms and real-time analytics to monitor the performance of the operation’s assets, the company says. It is also capable of monitoring parameters such as temperature, pressure, vibration and other critical factors that affect the performance and lifespan of industrial equipment.

With Asset IQ, L&H Industrial says operators can track the real-time status of their equipment, identify potential issues before they occur and take proactive steps to prevent breakdowns and downtime. The software can provide detailed reports on equipment performance and send alerts to operators when any deviations from normal operating conditions are detected.

Asset IQ is also designed to be user-friendly and easy to use, with an intuitive interface that allows operators to monitor equipment performance from anywhere at any time, according to the company. The software can be accessed from a desktop computer, laptop or mobile device, providing operators with real-time information and insights on their equipment’s performance.

“Asset IQ is a game-changer for heavy industrial equipment operators,” says Gage Wandler, digital business development manager at L&H Industrial. “With this innovative software solution, operators can take a proactive approach to equipment maintenance, reducing downtime and improving overall equipment reliability. We are thrilled to offer Asset IQ to our customers and we are confident it will revolutionize the way they manage their equipment.”

Wandler says Asset IQ can be utilized on both new and legacy equipment.
