keestrack logoKeestrack plans to introduce a redesigned I4e tracked mobile reversible impact crusher next spring.

According to Keestrack, the redesigned machine that’s coming can be utilized in secondary crushing and recycling applications thanks to reversible impact crusher technology.

The design of the reversible horizontal impact crusher with a large variable crushing chamber, powerful rotor and electronically monitored hydraulic gap adjustment allows for feed sizes of up to 250 mm, Keestrack says. Also, the design ensures consistently high-quality end products of up to minus-2 mm in a closed circuit, the company adds.

Additionally, Keestrack says secondary and tertiary crushing can be combined through the I4e. The company is positioning the crushing plant as an alternative to mobile cone crushers and vertical impact crushers.

Keestrack also says the redesigned I4e will offer lower wear and significant energy savings in certain applications.
