KDG appoints new executive vice president

Kaman Distribution Group (KDG) appointed Mark Stoneburner as executive vice president and general manager of its Kaman Industrial Technologies (KIT) business unit.

Stoneburner graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor of science and Xavier University with a master of business administration. He has more than 30 years of experience in industrial distribution and manufacturing.

“I am delighted to join the KDG team,” Stoneburner says. “KDG has a solid foundation to build upon, and I look forward to working with our employees to better serve our customer and supplier partners and accelerate the company’s growth.”

Stoneburner previously worked at Motion Industries, where he most recently served as senior vice president, Eastern U.S. branch sales and operations, mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to Motion Industries, Stoneburner was vice president of sales and marketing at American Roller Bearing Co. He was also in various senior management roles at Applied Industrial Technologies.

KDG is a distributor of bearings and power transmission, and automation and fluid power products. Its national footprint includes five distribution centers, 18 fabrication and assembly centers, and over 220 branches across the United States. KDG serves approximately 50,000 customers and 10,000 suppliers.
