IRock Crushers featured its all-electric RDS-20E at ConExpo-Con/Agg in Las Vegas.

According to IRock, its RDS-20E is a portable horizontal shaft impact crusher that increases production by up to 20 percent by splitting oversized material to recirculate to the crusher on two decks, rather than just one.

Additional features of the RDS-20E include a closed-circuit design, a four-bar impactor and heavy-duty components to produce consistent, cubical product. The RDS-20E is applicable for a range of materials, including rock, gravel, recycled concrete, asphalt and slag.

The RDS-20E is ideal in environments where diesel engine use is limited as the plant minimizes environmental impact and reduces pollutant emissions, according to IRock.

The RDS-20E provides 300 horsepower and 1200 rpm. Additionally, a diesel option is available in the RDS-20 C13 Cat diesel.

IRock Crushers is a manufacturer of mobile and portable crushing plants, screening plants and conveying equipment.
