IRock Crushers: WJC-2644

The WJC-2644 wheeled jaw crusher from IRock Crushers is capable of processing hard rock, recycled concrete, sand and gravel, and slag. A 350-hp Caterpillar C-9 Tier 3 engine powers the crusher and can produce up to 370 tph. The unit provides a capacity of 10.5 cu. yd. and is equipped with a 48-in. x 36-ft. discharge belt that features a fixed discharge height of 11 ft. The WJC-2644 can be paired with other screening units that that have feeding heights of up to 10 ft. A hydraulic adjusting chamber allows operators to adjust crushing size from a 2-in. minimum closed side setting to a 6-in. maximum side setting. Also, the machine includes a 24-in.-wide grizzly bypass conveyor with an adjustable flop gate, as well as a 40-in. x 14-ft. feeder with a 5-ft. grizzly bar section.
