IRock Crushers named JJ Jenkins technical support and service specialist.

Jenkins joins IRock with a background in mobile crushing and screening service and support. According to the company, Jenkins has worked with dealers and manufacturers for nearly a decade, gaining knowledge and experience about the problem-solving nature of crushing and screening.

Jenkins most recently served as field service manager of North America at Terex Finlay.

In his new role, IRock says Jenkins will focus on delivering product and support solutions to dealers and end users. He will also be responsible for providing input about improvements to existing IRock products.

“The product support department is crucial to our success, our dealers’ success and our end users’ success,” says Howard Malhado, who was promoted to technical support and service manager at IRock following Jenkins’ hire. “By bringing on the most qualified and experienced people, we continue our promise of premium service and support, and we also guarantee the ongoing evolution of the current IRock product line.

“I could not be more excited about JJ coming on board,” Malhado adds. “He has an impressive history with this industry and he is a great fit for the IRock team.”
