Hyundai showcasing loader, excavator at AGG1

Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas (Booth 1462) plans to feature its HL980A wheel loader and HX220AL excavator at AGG1 and the World of Asphalt in Nashville, Tennessee.

According to Hyundai, the HL980A delivers 351 hp and a 7.3-cu.-yd. payload. The company says the wheel loader is used in applications such as quarrying, mining and demolition.

The HX220AL, meanwhile, has an operating weight of 69,120 pounds and delivers 351 hp, offering improvements in visibility. Excavator features include automatic engine shutdown, auto safety lock and eco gauge lifting mode, providing what Hyundai describes as greater productivity on the toughest jobs.

Additionally, Hyundai invites AGG1 and World of Asphalt attendees to its booth on Tuesday and Wednesday of the show to meet YouTube construction channel personalities Mike Simon and Matt Parr. The two will share their experiences with Hyundai construction equipment.

Simon is the creator of the YouTube channel Dirt Perfect while Parr has his own YouTube channel (NYA Millennial). The two will be in the Hyundai booth Tuesday from 1 to 2:30 p.m. and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
