Haver & Boecker hired Wilm Schulz and Luigi Petrucci to lead its service department at its manufacturing facility in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. Schulz will head the North American service team as parts and service manager, and Petrucci will serve as assistant manager of parts and service.

According to the company, Schulz and Petrucci together bring 24 years of industry experience to a veteran team of service technicians, engineers and customer service specialists. The team offers Pulse vibration analysis, refurbishments, machine repair and preventative maintenance.

“At Haver & Boecker, ensuring our customers’ productivity is our priority,” says Karen Thompson, Haver & Boecker Canada president. “The service department is an integral part of our business, which will benefit greatly by the experience and know-how both Wilm and Luigi bring.”

Schulz has been with Haver & Boecker for more than 10 years, most recently serving as plant manager. Petrucci worked in the company’s engineering department for eight years before moving into the service department for six years.

“Our team doesn’t only look for a quick fix for the problem at hand,” Schulz says. “We analyze the whole operation and offer solutions that increase customers’ productivity. I’m excited to be part of a team that’s dedicated to providing viable long-term solutions for its customers.”

Haver & Boecker is an equipment manufacture and solutions provider for the aggregate and mining industries.
