Granite’s Larkin promoted to CEO

Granite Construction promoted Kyle Larkin to CEO. Larkin is now president and CEO of the company.

Larkin joined Granite in 1996, and he has served the company as president since September 2020. Larkin has held a variety of positions within the company during his tenure, including executive vice president and COO from February 2020 to September 2020, senior vice president and manager of construction and material operations from October 2019 to February 2020, and senior vice president and group manager from 2017 to 2019.

Larkin’s previous roles included vice president and regional manager in Nevada and president of Granite’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Intermountain Slurry Seal. Larkin also served as manager of construction for the company’s Reno, Nevada, area office, as chief estimator and as project manager, project engineer and estimator at Granite’s Nevada branch.

Additionally, Granite’s board of directors appointed three new directors and elected Michael McNally as its new board chair.
