Former NSSGA VP dies

William “Bill” Ford, former senior vice president of the National Stone, Sand and Gravel Association (NSSGA), has passed away due to complications of Alzheimer’s Disease, according to the NSSGA.

Ford joined the NSSGA in 1990, serving as senior vice president before his retirement in 2011.

“Bill’s wisdom and leadership helped protect public safety and advance the goals of NSSGA’s members,” says Mike Johnson, president and CEO of NSSGA. “On behalf of our association and the entire industry, we offer our sincerest condolences to Bill’s friends and family.”
