EvoQuip held an open event in Cave City, Kentucky, welcoming more than 100 dealers and customers to see live demonstrations of the Terex brand’s compact crushing and screening range.

“We had a fantastic launch event to the U.S. market and I’d like to thank everyone who came by,” says Matt Dickson, EvoQuip global product line director. “The show was a huge success and we built on and created some valuable relationships.”

The Cobra 230R impact crusher, Colt 1000 scalping screen and Cobra 290 impact crusher were showcased alongside the Bison 280 jaw crusher that was on static display. The T-Link telematics system, which provides real-time information on machine performance, was also showcased.

The Cobra 230R impact crusher is a closed-circuit machine that incorporates an 8-ft. x 4-ft. post screen. The ability to detach the complete afterscreen system, including the oversize conveyor, provides the option of either running the machine in standard mode or transporting it separately, the company says.

According to EvoQuip, the Cobra 290 impact crusher has the potential to produce 290 tph. A quick setup time, intuitive operation and ease of transport are other features of the machine, the company says.

The Colt 100 scalping screen, meanwhile, represents the latest addition to the EvoQuip scalping screen range. According to the company, the machine can operate in heavy-duty and precision screening applications.
