Eriez names global marketing director

Eriez promoted John Blicha to global senior director of marketing and brand management.

In his new role, Blicha will lead Eriez’s global marketing efforts while also serving as a member of the company’s executive management team.

According to Eriez, Blicha will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a global initiative in a range of areas, including communications, product standardization, company websites and more.

“John has the breadth of experience and unrelenting drive to take the Eriez brand to the next level,” says Lukas Guenthardt, president and CEO of Eriez. “Given his experience working with Eriez-USA, as well as with our magnetic subsidiaries and our flotation group, I am confident that John has what it takes to enhance and grow our unique brand as the world leader in separation technology and solutions.”

Blicha joined the company in 2012 as manager of marketing communications and worked most recently as global director of marketing and corporate communications, a position he was named to in May 2018.

Blicha received bachelor’s degrees in both marketing and management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He also earned a master’s degree in business administration from California University of Pennsylvania.
