The new UltraTraxx impact crusher is designed to perform mobile crushing without sacrificing power or production on a jobsite, according to Eagle Crusher Co. Inc.

To keep producers crushing for longer periods of time, the UltraTraxx features the fuel capacity to operate for more than 10 hours without refueling. The crusher’s load-sensing hydraulics help to improve fuel efficiency and reduce component wear. Also, the crusher’s all-hydraulic, hydrostatic drive system allows for independent operation from the conveyors, feeders and impactor, the company says.

The UltraTraxx integrates the company’s UltraMax UM-15 impactor, which comes with a lifetime rotor warranty. Additionally, the crusher’s smart feeder drive system monitors engine load for improved efficiency levels.

Eagle Crusher’s UltraTraxx also comes with wireless remote control to operate and monitor plant functions, including the filter status, hydraulic oil temperature, engine load and charge pump pressure. The wireless remote control can be tethered to the unit for operation if the remote battery loses its charge, Eagle Crusher adds.
