Eagle Crusher Co. plans to introduce two new portable plants at ConExpo-Con/Agg – one dedicated to crushing and another that screens up to four products.

The new UltraMax 1600X-OC portable impactor plant from Eagle Crusher will be on the show floor March 14-18 in Central Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center along with a new 8-ft. x 20-ft. screening plant featuring an integrated feed conveyor and blending gates.

According to Eagle Crusher, the 1600X-OC is designed for larger aggregate operations. It features Eagle Crusher’s UltraMax 69X impactor with a 69-in. x 51-in. feed opening to allow larger material in and increase throughput – up to 1,000 tph. This means producers can prep less and crush more to reduce costs and increase profits, the company says.

Additionally, Eagle Crusher says the plant features a massive, solid steel, three-bar, sculptured rotor weighing in excess of 13 tons. It can crush even the largest feed material in a single pass, the company adds.

The new 8-ft. x 20-ft. screening plant, meanwhile, can produce up to four products simultaneously – three with absolute sizing, Eagle Crusher says, or return the oversized product for further reduction. A 60-in. feed conveyor remains on for transport while eliminating the need for a separate conveyor. Each screen deck features four blending gates to allow for a range of custom product mixes.

Eagle Crusher will also have a 2036 jaw crusher on the ConExpo-Con/Agg show floor. The 2036 is one of five jaw crusher models Eagle Crusher manufactures.
