Colas USA subsidiary sold to asphalt provider
Branscome, a subsidiary of Colas USA, sold to Adams Construction Co., an asphalt paving provider for the highway construction industry, FMI reports.
FMI served as the exclusive financial advisor to Branscome for the transaction.
Branscome, headquartered in Williamsburg, Virginia, is a vertically integrated construction materials contractor and producer of aggregates, hot-mix asphalt and ready-mixed concrete.
