Cloud platform empowers users to manage business processes

Command Alkon introduced Command Cloud as a new platform that’s designed to drive operational excellence and facilitate AI-assisted, data-driven decision-making.

According to Command Alkon, Command Cloud offers a single cloud platform that manages all business processes – from inventory management to the back office.

As part of Command Cloud, Command Alkon crafted a new user interface design for dispatch through engagement with users throughout the development process. The new interface provides a user experience that is easier to learn, easier to use and available on any desktop or mobile device. Also, next-generation analytics dashboards can be configured to visualize business performance and drive profitability.

Additionally, Command Alkon says Command Cloud is designed to withstand and swiftly recover from disruptions, reduce total cost of ownership and remove operational complexities.
