Case Construction Equipment: CX470C

The CX470C from Case Construction Equipment is the latest excavator in the Case C Series that increases fuel efficiency and productivity, according to the company. The CX470C features cooled exhaust gas recirculation technology to achieve Tier 4 Interim certification. Rated at 362 net hp, the excavator is available in long undercarriage, retractable undercarriage (RTC) and mass excavator (MEX) models with operating weights ranging from 105,300 to 108,600 lbs. According to Case, the CX470C MEX is designed for heavier loads and larger buckets. The RTC version provides undercarriage width adaptability for transport between jobsites.
