Bridgestone Americas promoted Bridget Neal to senior vice president for logistics and supply chain management (LSCM).

Rob Seibert, who currently serves as executive director of off-the-road (OTR) tire sales, will succeed Neal in her current role as president of OTR tire sales in U.S. and Canada.

In her new role, Neal will oversee Bridgestone’s global supply chain, including the design and implementation of distribution strategies aimed towards business growth and improved product cycle time, according to the company.

Neal joined Bridgestone in 2002 as a supply planning and sourcing engineer, the company says, and has served in a variety of roles in both LSCM and Bridgestone’s commercial tire organization. Prior to her promotion, Neal served as president of OTR for Bridgestone since 2017.

“Bridget has a strong background and diverse experience across multiple business units and in various points of our supply chain,” says Scott Damon, group president of operations at Bridgestone. “We’re excited for her to bring her leadership and end-to-end perspective to LSCM, which will ensure alignment and coordination between businesses and functions.”

Seibert, who succeeds Neal, joined Bridgestone in 2015, serving in a range of sales and marketing roles in the company’s OTR business. He most recently served as executive director of OTR tire sales since 2018.

In his new role, Seibert will be responsible for all aspects of Bridgestone’s OTR business, including sales, marketing, engineering, strategic planning and global support. Bridgestone says Seibert will also play a key role in developing go-to-market strategies for the company’s commercial group.

“Rob has a strong background in mining and has been instrumental in shaping the go-to-market strategy for the off-the-road business for a number of years,” says Gabriel Asbun, group president for the Americas tire business at Bridgestone. “He understands the needs of our domestic and global OTR customers and will continue to enhance or efforts to deliver intelligent products, integrated technologies and best-in-class solutions that meet our customers’ needs.”
