The C-100 console from BinMaster mounts at a convenient location in the plant or a load out, and digitally provides silo inventory data at the push of a button, the company says.

Employees can walk or drive up to the C-100 and review level data from level sensors from one to 128 silos from a single console, BinMaster says. The NEMA 4x enclosure, which is featured on all models, can be mounted indoors or outside, and the local display eliminates the need to visit a PLC or control room. All models also feature a 24 VDC power supply.

The C-100 offers a range of measurements, including feet or cubic feet, U.S. gallons or bushels, kilograms or metric tons. Measurements can also be output as distance to product (headroom) or height of material. In addition, the C-100 console complements the company’s BinView or Binventory management software.

User settings are stored in a non-volatile memory to protect against data loss in the event of power failure, according to BinMaster.

BinMaster manufactures point and continuous level indicators and inventory management systems used for monitoring bulk solids or liquids in bins, tanks, silos and hoppers.
