As executive general manager of the Eastern Region, Sapp will lead the company’s Appalachian, Great Lakes, Midsouth, Northeast and Southeast Division companies.

Giovando started with Austin Powder in 2002 before becoming divisional president in 2003, with responsibilities for five locations in the Midwest. As executive general manager of the Western
Region, Giovando will lead the company’s Central States, South Central, Western and Mining Division companies.
