Astec Industries completes purchase of Telestack

Astec Industries Inc. completed the $36 million purchase of Telestack Ltd., a company that designs, manufactures, installs and commissions material handling systems used extensively in the aggregate, mining and port industries.

Telestack was established in 1999 and is located in Omagh, Northern Ireland. It uses direct sales and dealer distribution to market its products worldwide.

Brock. “With this acquisition, we have further demonstrated our commitment to growth in not only these industries but in international markets as well. Telestack will help us provide a broader product line to all of the industries mentioned in addition to material handling at ports around the globe.”
