Rohr formed the new company formed following his acquisition of Beyer Dredges.

According to Rohr, this company complements Aggregate Dredge Solutions, based in the United States, and includes exclusive rights to manufacture all dredges designed by Beyer. The new business will also create enhanced access to engineering resources, staff and detailed specifications.

“With the acquisition of the rights to the drawings and know-how from Beyer, we are excited to offer the full range of mechanical dredges to our aggregate industry customers in the U.S., Europe and beyond,” Rohr says.
