Wabash MPI: G28-12-PCR-X

Wabash MPI has developed a proppant crush test press for use with sand, resin-coated sand and ceramic proppant used in the fracking process.  The model G28-12-PCR-X in the Genesis Series offers compression force ranging between 2 and 28 tons within a 2.5 percent deviation. The 12-in. x 12-in., full-guided hardened plates have adjustable stops for crush die centering. Operator interface provides an easy setup of control parameters with ample recipe storage, an Allen Bradley programmable controller, a PanelView touch screen and closed-loop control of clamp pressure.
