W.S. Tyler: Hydro-Clean

By |  May 2, 2013

W.S. Tyler’s Hydro-Clean washing system effectively cleans deleterious material from aggregates, minerals and recycled materials, and is ideal for use in clay-heavy deposits. According to the manufacturer, the results are cleaner products with higher selling value and profits from material that was previously considered waste. The Hydro-Clean uses up to 75 percent less water than traditional washers, and 15 percent less energy. Dirty material is fed into a vertical washing drum through a hopper and high-pressure, rotating water nozzles spread and wash the material. Hydro-Clean washing systems process up to 400 tph, and can be mounted to a chassis for mobility within a quarry or from jobsite to jobsite.
