W.S. Tyler: F-Class Vibrating Screens

By |  February 27, 2013

F-Class250W.S. Tyler’s F-Class Vibrating Screens are ideal for challenging screening applications requiring consistent performance and minimal vibration. Featuring an advanced double eccentric shaft design, the four-bearing F-Class ensures the most effective screening action by generating a positive stroke that handles material volume spikes without losing momentum. The dynamically balanced system reduces structural vibration, allowing multiple screens to be placed side by side. The F-Class is available in widths of 4, 6, 8 and 10 ft., and, thanks to its completely modular design, can be run in tandem creating up to a 32-ft.-long screen. Designed for high tonnage outputs, the F-Class can process up to 1,200 tph, providing fast, accurate classification of virtually any material.
