Joining Volvo CE President Pat Olney at the ceremony were United States Federal Highway Administrator Victor Mendez, Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development Secretary Alan Walker and Swedish Ambassador to the United States Jonas Hafström. One thousand employees and guests also joined.
