Unified Screening & Crushing Canoe Liners
New from Unified Screening & Crushing is a stronger and longer lasting solution than skirt-board rubber. This steel-backed, 1-in.-thick/60-durometer rubber liner protects material transfer wear areas and prevents spillage. It’s easy to install and adjust and is engineered for use under crushers, screen decks, hoppers, bins, and feed-end and sides of conveyors. This modular system is offered in standard sizes at 48-, 60- and 72-in. long. They can be manufactured for any conveyor, chute or other wear areas. Field tests show skirt-board rubber lasted a maximum of one year, while Canoe Liners are still performing after 4 years.
