Terex Washing Systems (TWS) provides cohesive solutions for all your material and mineral washing needs. They offer a reliable, high quality and productive range of equipment to support individual materials and mineral washing needs, meeting today’s stringent specifications of clean material. TWS have an extensive product portfolio including modular, mobile and static plants which are suitable for mines, quarries and aggregate producers globally.

TWS’s are responsive to both changes in the market and customer demands facilitated by the recent  introduction of 3 new products to the market, namely the AggreSand 165, AggreSand 206 and the latest addition the AggreScrub. These solutions provide  pit and quarry operators pioneering ways to wash sand, gravel, aggregates, wood and C&D waste.

The Aggresand 206 wash plant is the larger model of the Aggresand 165 (up to 250tph) model and has greater capacity, up to 400tph, and comprises a 20×6 screen with two and three deck options. The Aggresand 206 plant brings modern modular design features, increases productivity (up to 400tph), and shares all the unique features of the Aggresand 165 wash plant.

The impressive AggreScrub 150 is designed to operate both as a stand-alone unit as well as having the ability to seamlessly integrate with the Aggresand. The AggreScrub 150 is designed to deal with stubborn clay bound material which cannot be removed by rinsing or screening alone, making this plant a much more efficient and effective solution.
