Superior expands portable plant lineup

Superior Industries expanded its portable plant product lineup with the release of standard designs for the Patriot cone crusher plant.

Superior designed its Patriot cone plant for the P200, P300 and P400 models of the Patriot cone crusher. According to the company, the Patriot cone plant delivers portable crushing capabilities by providing options such as its Level Assist and Vantage Automation technologies.

Superior’s Level Assist technology automatically levels a plant once the machinery is raised to a desired height. With Level Assist, one worker can get the job done in less than five minutes, Superior says.

The Vantage Automation System monitors all of the vital functions of the Patriot cone crusher. The system allows the crusher to maintain optimum production without operator intervention, constantly adjusting for harmful conditions. Another option on the Patriot cone plant is the removable feed conveyor cartridge, which features a roller track design that gives the conveyor mobility, allowing feeding to occur at any angle.

Superior Industries engineers and manufactures bulk material processing and handling equipment, and components related to the machinery. It supplies bulk crushing, screening, washing and conveying systems for the construction aggregate, mining, bulk terminals, agriculture, power and biomass industries.
