crush-sandvik-175The second generation of compact horizontal impact crushers from Sandvik provides low capital cost solutions, optimum performance and good cubical shape — all while ensuring low operating cost per ton. The all-new patented and highly modularized Sandvik CI511/512 crusher combines the ability to configure one base crusher into either a primary or a secondary configuration. In addition, the crusher is able to produce products with just two curtains for greater breakage. It’s equipped with an infinite hydraulic curtain adjustment, combined with a brake positioning system — relieving pressure and setting when uncrushable objects enter the crusher. No hydraulic power is required during normal operation, thus saving on operating power and reducing total power consumption.
