Rogers Group adds new member to board

Diana Peninger

Rogers Group Inc. elected Diana Peninger to its board.

According to the company, Peninger is an operations-oriented executive with more than 30 years of experience, mostly with Celanese Corp. Most recently, she served as vice president with responsibility for Celanese Corp.’s $2.3 billion Acetyl Intermediaries portfolio of businesses.

“We are thrilled to have Diana on Rogers Group’s team,” says Ben Rechter, chairman of Rogers Group. “Diana’s strong operations and leadership experience will be a wonderful asset to Rogers Group’s board and management team.”

Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Rogers Group provides crushed stone, sand and gravel, asphalt and highway construction to the southeastern United States.
