Eurofor Group, a French manufacturer and international distributor of rotary and down-the-hole drilling equipment, has acquired ReichDrill.

According to ReichDrill, the acquisition will allow it to help expand Eurofor Group’s product line to include a more robust selection of drills.

“The merger of these two companies pairs well with the established international business development Eurofor Group brings to ReichDrill clients,” says Herve Cohade, president of Eurofor Group.

ReichDrill, headquartered in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, supplies drilling equipment to the mining, aggregate and water well industries.

Eurofor Group specializes in the distribution, maintenance and rental of drilling and demolition equipment, accessories and tools for building, special works, special foundations and the mining industry.
