Ohio association holds annual show in Columbus

The Ohio Aggregates & Industrial Minerals Association held its 2009 Annual Meeting and Trade Show in Columbus, Ohio, and Pit & Quarry was there. The event featured a Washington update by Gus Edwards, executive vice president of the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association. Entertainment included a speech by Howard Kellman, baseball announcer for the Indianapolis Indians, who shared interesting tales about the national pastime. Other activities included educational sessions, an awards breakfast and a live auction at the association's evening reception. Many suppliers exhibited at the event.p>
