NSSGA to host webinar on mitigation strategies

The National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA) is hosting a webinar aimed at developing mitigation strategies for the Mine Safety and Health Administration’s (MSHA) elevated enforcement.

The online webinar, titled “Strategies to Mitigate MSHA Elevated Enforcement,” will provide metal/nonmetal mine operators, in-house counsel, and management and safety personnel with the opportunity to learn how to effectively combat MSHA enforcement actions, from high negligence citations and unwarrantable failure violations to closure orders.

The webinar will take place on August 20 from 1-2 p.m. The registration fee is $49 for members and $99 for nonmembers. Learn more about the event and register here.
